Legal
Terms of service
As of: June 2026
Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of this website and to all services of Holenweg Architekten GmbH, Rütistrasse 9, 9658 Wildhaus, unless a deviating written agreement has been made. Differing terms of a client apply only if we expressly agree to them in writing.
Services
We provide architecture and planning services, in particular design, interior architecture, renovation and refurbishment, and general planning. The type, scope and remuneration of the services are set out individually for each commission in a contract. Unless agreed otherwise, we follow the recognised regulations of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA).
Quotes & formation of contract
Information on this website is non-binding and does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is only concluded through a mutually signed agreement or an express written order confirmation. Cost estimates and fee quotes are guide values unless expressly designated as binding.
Use of the contact form
The contact form is intended for non-binding enquiries. By submitting it you confirm that you provide truthful information and do not transmit any unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content. An enquiry does not establish a contract or a claim to a collaboration. Our privacy policy applies to the processing of your enquiry.
Copyright & rights of use
All designs, plans, visualisations, texts and photographs - both on this website and within a commission - are protected by copyright and, unless expressly agreed otherwise, remain the intellectual property of Holenweg Architekten GmbH or the respective authors. Any use, reproduction or distribution beyond the agreed purpose requires our prior written consent.
Liability
The content of this website is created with the greatest possible care but without warranty as to accuracy, completeness and timeliness. Visualisations are illustrative and may differ from the built work. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Liability within specific commissions is governed by the respective agreement and the SIA regulations.
Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Wildhaus (canton of St. Gallen), the registered seat of Holenweg Architektur, unless mandatory statutory provisions require a different venue.
Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by a rule that comes closest to its economic purpose.
These terms are a careful, industry-standard template and do not constitute legal advice. [Have them reviewed by a professional before publication - placeholder]
